Ridgebury Township operates under the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code. The Board of Supervisors is the governing body consisting of three members elected by voters for six year terms.

The Board of Supervisors hold a public meeting the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building. Meetings are subject to change and any variation of the meeting date will be advertised in the Morning Times.
